Update Verizon towers?

Update Verizon towers?

I have an iphone se and we used to get good service in our home until about 2 months ago and now don't. (both of our phones). I know there used to be a way to call a number and update towers, is that still a thing?

I've had the same issues. Used to have great service everywhere but not I can't get more than 1 bar on 4G at home and everywhere else I have 3G. It's very annoying. What the heck happened? I used to tell people that they should switch to Straight Talk because of the service.
