Little to No Signal at Work after switching Phones

Greetings!

I need help!!!

I recently changed phones from a Galaxy S6 Active to a Galaxy S7 Active and now for some odd reason I have poor to no service at work (and having general connection/service issues)

With my older phone, S6 Active, I had great service throughout the building I work in, now with my S7 I get 1 bar or no service at all. What gives?

Same with my wifi connection. At first, I had ok wifi connection on my S7 but now this week having trouble connecting to my works wifi network.

Also I am having trouble enabling "Wifi Calling" with my newer S7 Active, I get an error message saying to "contact the carrier". With my older S6 had no issues enabling and using the 'wifi calling" feature. How come now it isn't enabling?

Any help will be most appreciated!
