I have signal. I can text, I can get on line, but I can't call. When I try to call I get the message "you ate not authorized to use this cell service". What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Hi, I am having this same issue. I can receive and send text messages but when I try to make a call I get "we are sorry but you not authorized to use this cellular service. Please contact your home carrier for more information." My service doesn't end until Dec. 8th!

Received my new phone yesterday, set it up with new sim. Driving home I attempted to make a call and got the message"you are not authorized to use this cellular service" I have had Straight talk for 3+years, never had any type of issue with making a call until now. Apparently they do not know what the issue is, any help would be greatly appreciated!
