I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 and have started receiving "Message CL 35, your number cannot be completed as dialed", ie, no service. Won't receive texts or calls. If someone tries to call me, they can't & can't reach voice mail either. It's like I'm in a black hole. There is a Verizon tower close by....do not understand. This is from my home!! To get "connection" back, I have to restart the phone or cut Airplane Mode On & then back Off. HELP!!!
