No signal wherever I go

Been using Straight Talk for data only but now need to make a call. Never seem to get any signal no matter where I am. Have been all the way down to San Diego and up the West Coast and now back near San Francisco. Using a Verizon SIM with iPhone 6S on iOS 10.3.
