Poor Signal, APN. Need Resolution

Extremely unhappy with the continuous weak signal, dBm stays between -105 & -115. APN is TRACFONE.VZWENTP. All customer service can tell me is that there are no problems with my phone or my account. My mobile phone is my only communication device so I'm not able to chat or provide feedback during your offline troubleshooting. I rely on my mobile service as a source of income. Considering the number of your customers having this same issue as I, it appears you are loosing customers because you are not providing the service we have already paid for. I need to know who to contact in upper management or a supervisor who can give me a valid explanation and resolution.
