Fraudulent Customer Service

Finally bought a car with factory bluetooth. Connected a Straight Talk Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime easily but the sound quality on the other end was unbearable. Had dealer look at the microphone and eventually replace. No improvement in listener sound quality. Connected a Galaxy S7 on Verizon and everything works fine. Connected the Straight Talk phone to a friends car. Same abysmal sound quality on the receiving end of the call. Worked through things with Straight Talk and was promised that a replacement phone was being shipped. Fast forward 1 week, no phone. Call Straight Talk with the ticket number provided on my previous call and they have no record of any conversation, never mind a replacement phone. New customer service rep wants to go through all the same BS troubleshooting I went through a week earlier.... I really think the original customer service person just wanted to get me off the phone. Changing service as soon as possible.
