Pin Number Incident

I recently purchased a straight talk service card. As I scratched the Grey strip to be able to get my pin number, I noticed I couldn't see most of the pin numbers. I can only see 6 of 15 pin numbers. I called yesterday and they told me that I need to be able to identify 12 out of 15 pin numbers for them to be able to retrieve my pin number. They told me that the only thing I could do was email pictures of the service card front and back and the receipt to pop@tracfone.com I did that and they told me I had to send them by the end of the day. I did so and I still haven't gotten a reply. Is there anything I can do?
