No Devices listed in My Account on Straight Talk Acct Online

After activating my new iPhone 5s, and transferring my phone number from Walmart Wireless, the phone is no longer listed in My Devices in my Straight Talk Account online. There are NO DEVICES! So I cannot renew or anything.

What's going on?
