I have been with straight talk for years , and though some problems switching phones around I have never had a problem with service or being able to make calls UNTILL last weekend, I moved literally 10 minutes from where I live but to a NEW zipcode. I now have NO service in my apartment unless I hang out the window and then I have one bar and no one can hear me on a call....HELP I have called customer service/tech support twice First call guy says I have excellent service in the area after he changed a "few" things.....STILL NO service.....2nd call last night the lady says you have terrific service in that area code (meanwhile the call drops go figure) she calls back and says that it must be my phone and we need to change setting to call from a different line...I only have one phone....at this point I'm frustrated , don't want to leave straight talk ...but now looking.....someone PLEASE HELP me so I can enjoy a new apartment and make a phone call from inside it....The phone is a ZTE
