Phone deactivation

Phone deactivation

Postby kross51372 » Sun Aug 14, 2016 10:10 am

I have had Straight Talk for a few years now. I used to be able to refill when I was able to. Now Straight Talk deactivates my phone within a few days of my service ending. I thought the whole point of Straight Talk was pay as you go? I can't afford to refill any quicker and I am tired of having to reactivate my phone each time I go to refill it. I really wish Straight Talk would quit deactivating my phone. And only do it when I request them to. I used to be able to go pay check to pay check. Now if I don't refill it within a matter of days my phone is deactivated. I am also tired of the "reminder calls" and text messages. I know when my service is about to end I just don't have the money to refill right away! :x :x :x

I need help with my phone ASAP!!! My phone isn't supposed to deactivate until 8/31/2016 but sometime yesterday or last night it said "no service add air time by 8/31/2016 or Service Ends". It won't even let me call straight talk directly from my phone. I am livid!!!!! I'm looking for a job but if my phone is off I won't get any calls from employers! PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!
