Phone can not be re-activated

Dear support,

after a longer stay outside from the states I bought a new plan yesterday to refill my phone.
The account said it was accepted but I can not place phone calls or using the LTE connection.

I rebooted my phone several times now and also updated the data settings. So, please help me.
