PIN number invalid. Wasted

Hello. I purchased a Straight Talk phone today at walmart. I tried to enter the service number online and it did not work. I also tried to do it over the phone and all I got was an automated robot. I'm frustrated and I need this phone working by next week. I wasted $30.00 more than I planned to. How do I get this activated? Can someone please do it? It says my pin and number is invalided. Brand new and I scratched the grey area off myself today.

I am having the same problem. The PIN is listed as invalid. Just bought the card from Walmart.

I am having a similar problem. Just bought an activation kit for my phone and after scratching off the service pin and entering it, it states the pin is invalid on the website. Please help.
