New Phone Number, Wrong Area Code

My previous cell number could not be ported to Straight Talk for some reason, so I was given a new number. I live in Wyoming and expected to receive a (307) area code. My first number from Straight Talk had a (775) area code, so I tried calling customer service to change it. I was told that the they could not provide a number for my 82801 zip code, so they gave me a number for an 82901 zip code. It's a (775) area code again. I just want a number with a 307 area code and is preferably close to the 82801 zip code area. How can I do this?
