No LTE/4G only 3G

My wife and I both have StraightTalk and both have IPhones...mine is a 5 and hers is a Iphone 6. I get LTE all of the time but she will only get 3G ALL OF THE TIME! We tried to get customer service to help and all they want to do is delete the profile and reinstall. When we do this, sometimes we get 4G LTE but it knocks our data out. Then we get data back after another install and it reverts to 3G all of the time. They try to tell us the towers may be busy and only 3G is available but yet I get 4G LTE ALL OF THE TIME on my phone in the same areas as she is in. The never ever gets LTE and I get it all of the time. We've never had problems getting LTE with anyone else. Anyone else get this same problem? When all else fails, they blame it on the phone and say to contact Apple. Its not Apples issue.
