Prl update=no lte service

Prl update=no lte service

Postby Fatalpanda » Wed Apr 06, 2016 12:02 pm

I have two samsung galaxy s6 phone. I did a prl update (*228)on my phone and lost all lte signal. I'm still able to connect to 3g. When I talk to a rep they tell me to update the prl though the phones settings menu... this is not an option on this model. What can I do to return my lte service? I have already talked to a rep and was told to update my apn settings. If I'm not mistaken cdma phone don't have that.

I am experiencing the same issue on my samsung galaxy s4. I have spoken to a few representatives and they have been unable to resolve the issue.
