Sending texts but not receiving texts
Posted: Fri Mar 11, 2016 3:07 amI know there's many ways to try and troubleshoot this topic but here is what worked for me today! 
I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
settings>mobile networks>network operators
you'll see search networks and select automatically
Click search networks.
For me, I had three pop up but only one connected with my sim the others all said "sim cannot connect". After I was able to connect to one I restarted my phone and in came all of my texts from the day! Hope this helps!
