I recently bought a Samsung Grand Prime and I get great service when I'm away at college, but when I come home on weekends and holidays, despite being within the service range depicted on the website, when I try to make a call it says I am not authorized to use this cellular service.

I have the same problem i have called straight talk they sent me a new sim card but that did not change anything. Does anyone know whats wrong?
