Hello,
I have been using StraightTalk for more than a year now with automatic payments to my credit card. However, I was recently issued a new credit card but failed to update this on my account before my service was turned off. However, now when I log into my Straight Talk account, my phone/sim does not appear, nor do any past transactions. I have also tried to enter my phone and serial number to view its status but to only receive an error message. This is my only phone, so I am not able to call the a service representative. Your help is much appreciated.
