I attend Corning Community College in Corning, NY. My phone will not let me text nor make phone calls on it. I need this phone to be in contact with my children who are in school. Please let me know ASAP what I can do about this matter. It is crucial that I get this fixed. I tried everything t hat I know of and nothing has changed.
