Moto e dropping calls

I can't take a call on my moto e without it dropping. I've called strait talk, reprogrammed my phone, and it still keeps happening. The operators there all keep doing the same thing. Nothing is working. I'm ready to leave strait talk and just sign a contract for service that actually works
