Cellular Data Not Working?

I've noticed that my cellular data has not been working for the past few days. I can connect to the Internet via WiFi only. I can send/receive media content in text messages. My phone has received two updates just in the last two weeks. I am located about 50 miles north of Kansas City, Missouri.

I'm not sure what the point of this forum is since everything is being pushed to PM, then to Chat, then to tech support phone number.

The chat support was unable to help, but provided me with a phone number to call (1-855-222-2355). Called the number and chose to receive a call-back. Received a call-back and was told that the problem could not be fixed unless I had an alternative phone number to call back with (I didn't).

Anyway, I managed to fix the problem myself by changing my APN settings. Evidently, something changed in the latest OS update. For anyone reading this, I found the appropriate APN settings via this website:
https://apn.gishan.net/

My phone model/OS can be seen in the OP.

I agree. I am searching the forum for a answer to my blu 7.0 phone. No Data. Reset master, rebuilt VPN. Talk to tech support 7 times yesterday until the call time limit seem to be reached or the tech gets frustrated and disconnects. Two days still no data and waiting for a call back.

I see others are having the same problem that is being resolved in PM. Why not post the answers instead.

I recently returned from a vacation in the Caribbean and was using the hotel's wifi (while on airplane mode). When I returned to the US, my data would no longer work. I checked my usage and I'm at 0MB usage since my last refill so I know it's not that I've exceeded my 3GB limit (which I never do anyway). The text/phone capabilities work --- just no data. Please help.
