Phone has not been working for three days now!

My name is Karen, and I've been having a serious issue with my Straight Talk phone for the past three days now. I can't make calls, texts, or even receive them, and it's been nothing but a headache for me. I use my phone for both work and to stay connected to my family and friends, so if there was a emergency my friends or even my parents wouldn't be able to contact me! I need help! Can anyone help me?
