My Data Will Not Work

My data was completely gone this morning. Throughout the day I have tried reentering my APN and periodically turning my phone off and back on and nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP!

This is very frustrating when trying to fix the problem myself every time one of these forum posts gets close to solving my issue I see a statement saying "We need to take this issue offline so I can address it further." It would be helpful to post a solution to the problem so others having the similar issue can address it on their own. That being said, I am having the same issue and need it fixed now, as I am paying for a service I am not receiving. Thanks.

I recently bought an At&t Iphone 5s to use on my straight talk account. Before i was using a iphone 4s and the data speeds were fine. I did go over the data limit last month so i know that you guys started throttling me, but now 5 days after paying my bill my 4gLTE data is still extremely slow. I just want the data to be fast like it was on my 4s. Please let me know what to do.

Data stored working yesterday around 2:30 p.m. and I called and was told there were outages in my area and my data would be back working today. I've spoken to four different representatives and an still without data. I'm so frustrated because no one is diving my problem. Now I'm being told to wait another twenty four hours. What's really going on with thus service.

I just paid for service a couple days ago and have almost no data! At first I thought it was slow because I was near the end of the pay cycle but nope still nothing! This is wrong I am paying for 3g speed and not getting even close to that! Please help without my internet I cannot work.
