Service Issues

So, I've dealt with a similar issue before. And it was resolved to the point where service was tolerable. As soon as a mod responds, i'll send the imei number via pm. But now, my phone barely sends or receives text message, no matter the signal strength I have. I can have full bars and have no service. Or I can have full bars along with an E, G, or 3G (Network Coverage I'm assuming) and my phone will not send or receive texts and calls. Text messages will say sending failed, message saved to sentbox. If I try and call, it'll say service unavailable...even if I move around, i have this issue. It's quite annoying. Also lately, I will "miss" phone calls from others. There's no record of a missed call, and my phone doesn't ring, but all of a sudden I have a new voicemail. Please advise.
