Need help changing zip codes/coverage area

Hi...I recently changed zip codes about 30 miles from my original zip code 84116. Now I am at zip code 84074. Since yesterday my phone has not worked it says "No Service". How do I change my coverage area to my new zip code? I was chatting with someone earlier and they said they were going to reactivate my phone with a new phone number. Then my chat was disconnected. Do you know if my phone was reactivated?

So since you had to reactivate my phone and change my phone number because I moved to a new zip code does that mean that my service doesn't work when I am 30 miles away from my own zip code? I only moved 30 miles away and work in the city and have no service when I am this far away from my own zip code?

I was wondering why the map for my zip code shows plenty of coverage for where we live, and
also the zip code next to us which is about 2 minutes away. However, my husband and kids have
no service in the next town (different zip). Where it usually says 4g on the phone it shows an e.
My kids have ST #'s and my husbands was ported from Sprint. Why can they not get any service there?
