I just refilled my plan q couple of days ago and already I am experiencing slow speed please help

My data has been so slow for three weeks now. I've used a couple hundred megs of data is all in the latest month. I've been on tfdata forever with no problems but now only get super slow data speeds cannot send a picture text at all. Has the apn changed or something?

They take offline never to be heard from again. The took me offline & did nothing for me. Sad
