Invalid pin

["ccullip"]Just bought a card from Walmart for $30 for 100o minutes/texts/30mb DATA and when I either call the 1800 number to add it says i have to go through customer service. Wait 10 mInutes on hold and the tech on the line says the pin is invalid and says go back to Walmart who in return tells me go to talk to StraightTalk to get resolved. I bought a card for $30 for which I cant use and neither Walmart nor You (Straight Talk) can help or give me any minutes. So am I just out $30 because no one wants to help and some computer says the card is already been used when it has not. The only time it was used is when i called the Straighttalk line to activate and the automated voice said I had to talk to customer after entering my phone number and pin off card. They said go back to Walmart which i did and Walmart said it already been used and they cant help me. So what do I do to get my minutes, my phone service end date expires tonight at midnight. Can anyone help???

I am having this same issue except my service ended last night. The website says that the pin is invalid with my phone. I am out $35 and need help either getting my money back or getting a new pin. Please help?!?!?!?!?!

I am having this same problem. Please help and get back to me. I am without a phone right now and down $35. Please help???

Same problem! We bought two, year long plans from Wal Mart and when we tried both cards, it says service pin invalid! We cant afford to be out $1,000 for a mistake that was made by either Wal Mart or Straight Talk. Please help!
