My activation card scratch off pin is unreadable on 5 of the numbers.I paid for a new phone and card,that is now not working.

I purchased a pin last night and received it this morning. Tried to help a from and reactivate her phone, come to find out the 30$ pin cannot be used with smartphones. I use the site cause I can't go to walmart and buy a pin myself, and now I have one tech telling me the pin cannot be refunded, and Walmart 'return online' telling me the same thing. I would like my 30$ back that I paid for it, cause I know I can't use it cause I use a smartphone too. Can I get some help on this matter?

Hello. I need help. I purchased a Straight Talk phone today at walmart. I tried to enter my pin and service number online and it did not work. Next, I tried to call and an automated robot told me the pin number was invalid. I just bought the new codes a few hours ago in the store. I'm disappointed and frustrated. How do I fix this? Can someone please activate mine? I have the numbers with me. I wasted $30.00 more than I planned to. I need this phone by next week.

I bought a straight talk service card from walmart online. Got it from Email delivery and when I put in the service pin it said it had already been used.. My phone is activated and everything but it will not take the service pin.
