So I'm new here and am considering switching to ST, but just from reading the posts in this forum I'm beginning to re-think that.
For one thing, WHY do you have a forum if none of the techs/moderators seem to want to address any of the issues ON THE FORUM?
It's always, "Please send us a private message", and then the only way you find out what was discussed is if the OP posts it here.
That is extremely unhelpful, especially considering the purpose of a forum in the first place. Otherwise you might as well just have a private chat function on the ST site and jettison the forums.
Admittedly I haven't read that many posts, but so far they've all been the same, just my 10 cents (adjusted for inflation ;?)

I am a real estate agent that needs my phone to call out when needed. I have been getting roaming messages and I can not get a call to go out.Sometimes I have to shut my phone off for a few minutes and turn it back on and sometimes that works others, not at all. I have an Apple 6s and I am sure it's not the phone. This has been very frustrating when you rely on your phone the way I do! Plus sometimes VM will not come in for hours??? Is there a way to update the towers or change something to prevent these issues?? Please help before I lose clients from not getting calls out or not getting VM when someone is waiting for your call....

Just bought an LG STYLO 4 not even a week ago and got it activated and put my service pin in. Bam it was supposedly activated and ready to use. Smh the thing aint worked NOT ONCE. Cant call or text or use data. Cant receive calls or texts either. Smh this is pathetic. Don't sell a Verizon CDMA phone in WV if the stupid thing wont work. Phone shows FULL SIGNAL, but only 1x. Spoke to CS at least 15 different times and they say to do THE SAME EXACT CRAP EVERY TIME! Even after explaining to these idiots that crap doesnt work they still continue smh. So I was gonna try to get the phone unlocked so I could use on a different network because i just paid 150$ for this piece of junk. Well the mfs tell me i gotta have service on the phone for a year before being able to unlock it. HOWWW DO YALL EXPECT THAT WHEN I CANT USE THE DAGGONE THINGGGG???? SMH. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB, FCC, consumer affairs, attorney general of WV and literally anyone else I can find.

I've been looking into network boosters for all networks and specifically for verizon towers but they're way expensive. ST should offer them free to verizon customers.

Oh my. I have this same problem. I thought I had a special problem that had ST baffled. Can't make calls on extended network - get the roaming message about buying a pin- like everyone else. My phone switches back and forth between verizon and the extended network at random when I am in my home. Like everyone else, I've tried it all. Have been round and round with ST. *73, restart, factory reset multiple times. It's obvious that they have no solution, but go through the same ridiculous dance every time . Interesting thing is that my wife has an identical phone, same plan and when she is on the extended network, her calls work!! Our phone settings are identical. Explain that one ST.
