Also having same problem. Just bought a card, and being told its invalid. And can find no support on the site that is actually valid to be called support. Called the number to reactivate my phone, but its the same number as to refill my phone.

I too am having the same issue. I bought a $45 card for christmas, never used it. I just scratched off to refill and went to enter but it is saying that the pin is invalid. Please help!!

I'm having the same problem when I bought another activation kit. First I bought a service card after not using my phone for a few months and then I found out I needed an a activation kit. Both plans say service pin already used after I entered them and it wouldn't work. I wasted my whole day trying to fix this.
