
My phone dropped service 2 days ago and I can't place or receive calls, nothing. I constantly have zero bars and my phone status is constantly reading Searching for Service. All are cellphones are working correctly. I have tried powering down my phone, taking out the battery, airplane mode, even went as far as doing a master reset. I can't update any PRL ect without having service. I have no phone to call your office. This is ridiculous. I went to your facebook page and spoke with someone through live chat, yet they directed me to your business phone and hours. I CAN"T CALL. Can't get any more simpler than that. I have been without complete service for 2 days now. This is beyond ridiculous. Someone should be walking me through the troubleshooting steps via online so this issue can be resolved. I'm a loyal customer. This goes disregarded and I'm done with your company.
