No Service at all can't call you

My phone dropped service 2 days ago and I can't place or receive calls, nothing. I constantly have zero bars and my phone status is constantly reading Searching for Service. All are cellphones are working correctly. I have tried powering down my phone, taking out the battery, airplane mode, even went as far as doing a master reset. I can't update any PRL ect without having service. I have no phone to call your office. This is ridiculous. I went to your facebook page and spoke with someone through live chat, yet they directed me to your business phone and hours. I CAN"T CALL. Can't get any more simpler than that. I have been without complete service for 2 days now. This is beyond ridiculous. Someone should be walking me through the troubleshooting steps via online so this issue can be resolved. I'm a loyal customer. This goes disregarded and I'm done with your company.

I do not have an alternate phone to call either. I have a bring your own phone, and got sent a replacement sim which you guys activated and ported my number over. My phone says the account is suspended, and my service doesnt end for another month. Cant make calls, texts use mobile network...... tried taking battery out and APN settings are changef. Frusterated, please help!

Same problem here. No service in areas where I used to get 1-3 bars. This is on a GSM phone.
I don't know about you all, but these PM's the ST people are sending were of no use to me.
Anyone else have this problem?
