I have purchased a SIM activation kit from Wal Mart for the $45 30 day plan. The website is telling me that the PIN isn't valid. Customer Service said I needed to go back to Wal Mart to rescan it. Wal Mart told me that without a receipt that they won't handle it. I'm quite frustrated with this as I've already paid.

Stacy - I tried using the customer support link but they basically gave me the same excuse WalMart gave me - without a receipt, I cannot be helped. To top it off, the person on the chat told me they would need a picture of the receipt. Now if that isn't some nonsense (since I made it clear I'm in this mess because I don't have the receipt), I don't know what is!

can someone help me? i'm having the same problem. mine says invalid pin and i paid almost $50 with tax for this card and haven't been able to use it. went back to walmart and they told me to contact straight talk. i haven't used this card yet but it won't work. says invalid pink. too much money to throw away.

I am having the same issue. I bought 2 card service pin straight from walmart.com . I try to activate it but website say : "The Service PIN you entered is not valid for this transaction. Please enter a different Service PIN" . ???? What is happen with my pin ???
