No Service at all can't call you

I am having the same problem no calls no text no service. I purchased the one year unlimited plan cost me 500 bucks and I can't even use my phone. Why can't i get service my brother's straight talk works fine when he comes over why won't mine?

28 Hours ago my phone stopped sending and receiving calls and tests. The 3G and signal strength bars are white and not green. If it did connect and dial it would hang up. Approx. every 50 calls it would connect and I could speak to someone. I shut off phone and removed battery as well and reset. I called straight talk and was told I had to have an alternate phone to troubleshoot. I went to Walmart where I purchased the phone and upon walking in the door my phone came on and texts poured in. It did shut off again inside the store to white so I called ST tech support and I was told it was a programming issue based on my auto refill that day. I questioned since the signal was lost prior to auto refill the night before but the rep. said that was the answer. My phone was working so I was happy and left. Less than 30 mins later it went white again and intermittently for the rest of the day. Now it has been white again and unusable for hours. I am a mom who cannot pick up and leave to walmart to troubleshoot again after my child is asleep. I need my phone for emergencies. Please help!!

I've had my Samsung M828C for a while an have never had any trouble. But 2 days ago it lost service. I've done everything suggested, such as hard reboot, connect to wifi and do the updates, taking the battery out and holding for 20 sec then replacing. Whatever has been suggested Ive done. can anyone suggest my problem. I truly don't want to have to buy a new phone. I'm cheap lol

I live in zip code 78219. My service doesn't end for 3 more days I thought my phone had gotten cut off. Went to my local wal Mart bought a refill card and used my neighbors phone to add on. I have rebooted my phone several times and even re inputted the apn ( running an iPhone 4 from AT&T jailbroken) never had any problems till today. I have no Internet , can't access my mail, I got to send 1 text that barely made it through, and no phone service. I am using a local mc Donald's wifi to write this. I looked up to see if there was an outage in my area and can't even find that information. Please help me I need my phone turned back on.
