I just purchased a $45 card and when I tried to use it it says that the PIN is invalid. I went back to the store and was told my the store manager that there was nothing he could do because the back of the card had the Service PIN scratched off. You have to scratch the back of the card to see what the PIN number is.
This is very frustrating.
