6 year + Straight Talk Customer
As many of you have said, "My old phone didn't do this." This is definitely a Straight Talk issue/fix. Whether it be with new programming or whatever needs done. This should have already been addressed & fixed. Since it is on going as far back as 2014. I bought my next new phone from them in 2015, which had a Sim card with. I couldn't activate it on their Website. So I called the service (I can't say Customer Service, as they are no service). First thing they said, "We need to send you a new Sim card." Mind you my new phone came with a Sim card. I feel they have programmed this into the card...
So I am having the same problem. I have been-went-gone thru the spiel with the so called service, many-many times & countless hours. *So please don't tell me to private message. I've talked, chatted, pm'ed, inboxed... "PLEASE JUST FIX THE PROBLEM!" I have taken my battery & Sim card out so many times the print has worn off. Only you know the problem you created. If you don't know how to rectifie it, say so. If not, maybe we need to be contacting FCC, Consumer Affairs & other Government Agencies to deal with you. As we are fed up. YOU HAVE GIVEN US THE RUN AROUND LONG ENOUGH!!!
