I am having the same issue. I purchased a BYOP package from walmart, tried to activate and now it is saying my PIN is invalid. I tried customer service and didn't get any help. I would like this resolved, or I will call customer service again for my money back.

I just purchased a BYOP package at walmart and when activating the phone online, it stated that my PIN was invalid. I am not going to pay for a new PIN when this one should work just fine! Please help.

I just bought a bring your own phone kit and the automatic voice couldn't hear me say the sim serial number and I tried to type it but it didn't register. Then I went online and it said my service pin couldn't be used at this time. I don't know what's going on but I'm really irritated by this and don't know what to do. Any help?

I have the same issue. I bought an activation kit. Entered the pin and " The Service PIN you entered is not valid for this transaction. Please enter a different Service PIN". Please help =(
