Ive recently just posted about my phones problem ..... it doesnt allow me to make calls or txt and says to purchase an american pin to make these calls. Ive noticed alot of other people with the same post Has anyone purchased an american pin so they could use their phone ?? Does that even work ??? Or is that just another way for STRAIGHT TALK and TRACFONE to get more money for NO SERVICE !!! I just dont understand how a company can have a problem like this going on with their product or service and the public doesnt know about it. Until we got this error msg trying to make a call, I never heard anything bad about tracfone or straight talk but now after dealing with their customer service and getting no solution , my opinion of their companys has changed. If I do not get a quick resolution to the problem with the phone service, Im going to make sure that everyone out there knows about this ongoing problem and the ignorance of their customer service. The last solution the customer service technician gave us with our phone was to wait 2 days for them to send us a new sim card, even though the sim card we have is brand new. I dont think that this is going to fix the problem with the phone, but that doesnt help alot when you need a phone for work and you dont have one for two days. Why couldnt they have just provided us with a pin number so we could of used the phone (maybe) until they fixed the problem. Personally I dont expect the new sim card to fix the phone or to get any solutions from customer service. Maybe everyone having this problem should ban together and sue these companies for fraud for the lack of service we paid for and did not receive. If I do not have a resolution to this problem soon il be back on here to post again about this ongoing problem.
