i have had ST for 3 years now and have lived in the same place for 7 yrs so my area has not changed and all of a sudden it wants to drop 95% of my calls I have an AT&T note 4 that i got in February. I called ST last week because my phone will go from full signal to no service with a blink of an eye and they told me there is nothing they can do. I am very upset because its no longer just dropping calls at home but everywhere. When i talked to straight talk last week the gentleman said all he could do is send and update to my phone and all it did was mess up my text messages.

Is anyone else having this issue?

My phone has been doing this for a couple of months, just when I needed it most for work. Clients are beginning to complain when they are hung up on more than once.

I called customer service and they sent me a new SIM......THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED.

We need Straight Talk to come clean as to the reason for this as it is obviously becoming more widespread amongst its customers.

I don't have time to spend hours (and several call backs because of the dropped calls) on the phone with Straight Talk representatives who have no idea what is going on. The company needs to step up and fix the problem or I am pulling the plug on my contract.
