I bought a starter pack $59.00 for a friend of mine to ise with an unlocked phone I was letting them borrow. Sadly, she called in to set up an account, and when she presented the pin for the $45 monthly plan, she was told the pin had been used. Calling customer service did not get us anywhere, and we are still without a phone number, nor a plan.

I purchased $495 1 year unlimited service card and I am getting the following error message:

error: The Service PIN you entered is not valid for this transaction. Please enter a different Service PIN.

Is it not safe purchasing straight talk service cards any more?

Please help me resolve this issue.
