I also am having an issue with the galaxy S3 (model # SCH-S960L) in Jacksonville, Fl. (which happens to be a major metropolitan area) and cannot complete calls inside our house...

Manhattan Kansas area: I bought a galaxy s3 13 Mar and currently have no service available. After opening the phone in the store I had service and was able to activate/register it as well as set up a $45 monthly access plan (I switched phone my phone number from Verizon successfully). Immediately after activating, service disappears. So, Verizon line is cancelled, ST line with successful number transfer doesn't work and leaves me with no way to call ST, I spent about 7 HOURS In Wal-Mart for support to find out Kansas is in a blackout (?). Originally thought it might be because phone came w/o sim card but Wal-Mart tech confirmed with ST, one isn't needed (phone transferred from doesn't have one). PHONE USES VPN. Checked some different sites online and it turns out I'm the only person in my area complaining of this "blackout" issue. I need this resolved THIS WEEKEND at the latest.

I also have a reception problem with my Galaxy S3. I really thought I was getting a great phone, had this for a few months. Dropped calls, no calls, and I mean no reception. Been a customer of straight talk for about 1 1/2 years. Have had no problems, good service. My husband has an Iphone 4 and even though his service is marginal at least he can make & receive calls. I get nothing. Ready to chuck it, that's all I can say. Any help out there...Straight talk, how about you helping????

I am also having a reception problem with my Galaxy S3 ST phone. All of a sudden, I have no reception at my home and can no longer receive calls.
AS my business depends upon my ability to make and receive calls on a daily basis, I really need this fixed as soon as possible.
