Tried to get new number but it keeps saying my newly purchased service card has already been used and I need help cause it seems to be problems before I can even activate with straight talk.

Hi my name is derek I bought a 30 dollar plan last night and I went to refill acount today and it is saying my service pin isn't vaild please help!
