wright.kew wrote:Hi,
I went online to try and transfer my number from Verizon to Straight Talk. I plugged in the phone serial number and the Service PIN, and followed all the steps and hit submit. When I did this though, it said that a system error had occurred and to try again. So I went to start the process over again and when I typed in my Service PIN, it said that it was invalid because it had already been used. So I called customer service and it seemed like the issue was resolved. I was told to turn my phone on and off and try to make a call. The phone said "Not registered on network" and I'm guessing it is because of the invalid pin. But I never got to use it! All that happened was a system error. Hopefully I'm not out 45 dollars because of a system error, I didn't even get to use the card and can't activate my phone.
