This is exactly my problem since buying a straight talk s5 cdma. I have called customer service on many occasions but still no fix. I am getting tired of this.

I had the same problem this weekend when traveling out of state. I just transferred from Verizon using the BYOP with a Note 3. I would have had service if still with Verizon. What can we do to solve the issue?

Please tell me someone has found the solution to this problem! My new lg premier straight talk phone plays the roaming message in areas in which I have full bars. I've talked to three different customer service agents to no avail.
