Problems and how to fix

I am new to this forum but am used to reading problems and how to resolve them. My issue now is that every problem I read StraightTalk so and so comes on and takes it private. How are any of us supposed to figure something out if every problem is solved in an offline private chat, which it seems you have to have 5 post to get. I was wanting to see why my sons straight talk precedent seems to drop every call and there are certain people he can't text from address book but putting the same number in results in a successful text. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

So their response to your question about having to address issues offline, is to address the issue offline. Press 1 for useless canned response.... Press 2 to ignore customer.... Press 3 to leave customer on indefinite hold while you go to lunch....
