Unlocked iPhone 4s - Slow Internet - Unusable

I am also experiencing this same issue. I have unlocked iPhone 4s and internet speeds have drastically dropped for no reason in the last 2 weeks. I have been on the service for 4 months.

Please advise if I should switch carriers or if I will get reasonable speeds again (They don't have to be fast, just usable!!!)

By the way...for the newbie... you have to post 5 times in order to get the Reply to PM(private message) function to appear.

My reply PM finally went thru. Jessica updated my Data. I dont know what that means, but it works!...for now. I have data on my Iphone 4s. I will let you guys know if I lose it again.
