Data not working on iPhone

Seems like I'm experiencing same issue with data that many are on this forum. I have 4 iPhone4 devices, all unlocked from AT&T after contract expired. All APN settings are set in accordance with configuration guidelines. I called support once, and the rep did something that temporarily has fixed the issue. Now, again, the same issue persists on all 4 phones... Please advise.
