Slow internet data on gs2 i9100 at&t sim card

Am I being throttled here? Every where i go in so cal i get the same speeds.

My first month everything was working fine. Now i cant even connect to my favorite naughty websites . Called customer service and they just checked my apn settings and told me that the network might be congested and so it might be a little slow, but at 07:30 in the morning? At 02:00 am? C'mon! Is it my phone? Am i being throttled here? Or is it the network? Find out tomorrow at straight talk wireless forums dot com. Jeez! I wish they would just say whats going on? A lot of people having the same problems here. How i wish someone would take my topic offline and help me resolve it, but i can only wish. Oh well, metro pcs here i go. Lol

Thanks but that doesn't seem to help me with my problem. The problem is not within my browser. I have slow to no internet data at all. I noticed this also with some apps that connect to the internet as well. Ive sent you a pm but unsure if it went thru. Thanks
