No Internet (iPhone)

Much like everyone else posting on the forums, I am having Internet issues using Straight Talk.

I have been using Straight Talk for a few months now and have been completely satisfied with my service until as of late. For about a week now the Internet connectivity has been completely intermittent and if it does work, it is very slow.

The APN settings change subsequently after downloading apps from iTunes or any other app store. The signal strength is also a great factor that affects the performance of the phone. Please make sure the phone have at least 3-5 signal bars and the battery is fully charged. If the issue persists without any of the above stated factors, please let us know.

The APN settings are the same as they were before. The signal strength is 4 bars. Nothing has changed on my end as far as I can tell. I feel comfortable saying that especially since there are so many recent complaints about the internet being slow on the forums.

For some reason, my phone no longer includes options for "APN" settings. Now I have an option for "VPN" settings and I would need an account name and password to connect to the internet through straight talk... help.
