I purchased a Bring your own phone activation kit at walmart and when I went to activate my phone it said problem with service pin call customer service. I called y wterday and was told there was a problem with my sim not service pin to call back in 24hrs and it would be resolved was given a ticket number and called back today we'll after hour on phone that lady told me the sim was no good and I'd need to purchase another activation kit I asked to speak w her superior and told him the problem and I shouldnt have o get a new kit the sim I purchased was defective and it needed to be replaced by straighttalk well I then was told my sim was registered to another phone which was impossible cause I opened the activation kit myself and inserted sim.into my phone but he then did something and redid my sim so I could use the one I purchased and then he went to activate phone and ran into a problem w my service pin and said that the person that swiped it at Walmart made error well since there is only one way to swipe a item ithat is to run it across bar code pad.and then the item shows on screen which it did straighttalk activation kit and the price 45doll.which I payed so I knew that wasn't the problem I told the repersenative that since he had to erase and add new sim maybe the service pin was showing wrong due to it went to the old messed up sim card not the new one he created he said I'd have to email TracFone copy of receipt and service pin package and bar code well problem is I don't have Walmart receipt just the activation kit pkg. I'm so fustrated first it was my sim then my service pin then the Walmart employee craziness I just want my phone activated.
