My husband's phone stopped receiving a signal inside the house so he would have to step outside. Now he cannot receive service in the yard either. He wants a new phone service, but my straighttalk phone still works fine, so I think something's wrong with his phone. I tried calling customer service, but they could not help.
This is crazy, but here is duplicate post #1 so I can reply to your private message. I will post 2 more duplicate messages. If all this doesn't posting, waiting for it to post, waiting for reply, waiting to post again, all takes weeks, then we'll just move on to another prepaid phone from somewhere else. You've got to admit, this kind of customer service, is no service at all.
